The repetition in your list poem is so effective, Candy, I love ‘an adagio kind of day’, and it really encapsulates a snow day – I have snow weeks all the time since I’ve been retired!
I love what you describe it sounds like a wonderful, day, week, month… once on vacation I remember seeking out a specific cabin to be snowed in just to be able to relax.

I feel all relaxy and hot chocolatey after reading this poem. I need a snow week like the one your poem is taking!

Love the idea of the poem having agency! (And yes, I’ll take that snow week, even though there’s no snow…)
