how to set a table ……
a plate to hold what nourishes me
a napkin to catch my mistakes
knife, fork, spoon, because I am grown up
a cup, a glass to fill to the brim
a chair beside mine – for you

Over at B&P Shadorma and Beyond, Bastet has us poeming “how to….”
while thinking about the rules of etiquette. MLMM
Food should be eaten in company.

Two sides of the family had different takes on this table setting – food and family always forefront.
But to one everything had to be perfect, the other paper plates and boarding house reach was in order.
