Quadrille #58 – Cobble us a Poem
~
A Cobbled Heart
Her tender heart was
Coming apart at the seams
(it seems)
He found some threads
Of truth to use
To mend the open places
Where trust was seeping out
And stitch by stitch he
Cobbled together the pieces
Until her heart was whole again
Love the double use of “seams/seems” here. NICE. I love this cobbled heart. I have one of my own.

Very nice about finding “some threads
Of truth” to mend the heart.

I love this… reminds me of the song “fix you” by Coldplay

Threads of truth cobbled together can mend doubts and fears. Lovely, Candy!
