Summer has spilled
quickly
into spring bringing
with it the flip flops
and sleeveless shirts
that were packed away
last year
Loud, gaudy summer has
taken over – pushing its
way into bright glaring
mornings and humid nights
pushing aside the gentleness
of spring
rhymeswithbug 
Oh those packed up gaudy shirts and flip flops, hot days and nights….Summer has definitely spilled into spring and you have done great justice to it.

And not a moment too soon – summer is fun – staying up late – going to the 7-11 and the all-night donut shop at 2 in the morning. Spring is hay fever and year end exams. Loved this.
